Psychotherapy is used as a means to alleviate and remove the burden of both minor and significant difficulties. Dr. Kelley provides individual and group therapy in out-patient as well as in-patient settings for issues such as:

COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY and HYPNOSIS can be used as a means of TREATMENT for issues such as smoking cessation, pain management, and weight loss. Dr. Kelley can work with your primary care physician on medication management if necessary

TREATMENT for clients will vary in duration and frequency according to their particular problem states. In some cases psychological assessments, testing, and report generation may be necessary. All sessions are 45 minutes in length, and may be intensive out-patient (more than once weekly if insurance plan permits), weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on your needs.

Many employers offer Employee Assistance Programs as a company benefit which will include a number of psychotherapy sessions free of cost to the client. You should inquire with your employer’s Human Resources Department about these services. Dr. Kelley is listed on many EAP panels, however, if he is not included in your panel, most employers would be happy to add our office to their list.
